Sessions are currently available face-to-face or via telehealth (online video call) on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. Sessions are offered between 7.30am and 3pm.

Carly’s office is located within The River Suites on Level 1 at 3/235 Bradman Avenue, Maroochydore, QLD 4558.
Parking is available onsite - please park only in the parks designated for The River Suites clinic and proceed to Level 1 via the lift or stairs.

Dr Carly Fay is not able to provide crisis support or assistance. If you need further support now, please contact Lifeline on 13 11 14 or Beyond Blue on 1300 22 46 36. If it is an emergency, please present to your nearest hospital emergency department for assessment and assistance or call 000 and request ambulance transfer.
